Traffic & Distr Analyst I

Responsibilities Support import and export operations to ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law and other relevant regulations.Assist in maintaining certifications and programs such as IMMEX, IVA and IEPS, OEA, CTPAT, and DGAC CM-13/12.Provide support during external audits from government agencies including SAT, SECON, ANAM, and CBP.Assist in managing manufacturing and technology licenses, including ITAR and BIS licenses, and support in thesubmission of applications for new licenses.Support import and export processes, providing guidance and assistance as needed.Assist in the administration of the traffic department, including budget control, freight accounts, and coordination of shipments.Assist in managing cross-dock processes in El Paso TX for material receipt and support communication with American brokers and Mexican customs agents MUST HAVE Logistics and customs analyst with knowledge of goods traffic, shipments, import-export processes.Experience in tracking and tracing merchandise, including handling claims with carriers.Experience in ensuring customs compliance.Advanced English language skills.2-3 Years of experience in a similar position.WE VALUEWillingness to consistently take the initiative to get things doneAbility to troubleshoot processes and equipment
