The Job:Join Epicor as a Scrum Master for Prophet 21! As a Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in our Agile development team, guiding them through the software development lifecycle with finesse.What you will be doing:Facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, grooming sessions and retrospectives.May assist in communication between the Scrum Team and Product Owner, the team and Product Development leadership, to ensure impediments are identified and removed.Facilitates work getting done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.Works on impediments and outcomes of daily stand ups to ensure team efficiencies.What you will likely bring:Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex development challenges.A knack for fostering teamwork within the team.Customer-centric mindset to ensure our solutions meet client needs.Experience leveraging scrum tools to streamline development processes.What could set you apart:Scrum Master Certification (CSM).Proficiency in both development and functional knowledge.
