Reporting Specialist

This is how you WOW: Develop and implement new financial reporting and dashboarding solutions to meet business needs Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements Utilize SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and other tools to design interactive dashboards and reports Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports through rigorous testing Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation in financial reporting Train and support users in accessing and interpreting reports Integrate reporting solutions with existing systems and processes Continuously evaluate and refine reporting processes for efficiency It would be WOW if you would bring this in: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or related role. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software like SAP. Dashboarding Experience, preferably SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively Experience in an international maquila or manufacturing environment is a plus. Willingness to regularly travel to the US headquarters.
