We reached profitability in 2020, reaching 8 million happy customers and over a billion dollars of sales in 2023.**This Role**PayJoy is seeking an experienced growth marketing leader with expertise in B2C-oriented marketing technology and operations. You will be responsible for accelerating customer acquisition and retention by designing and implementing appropriate marketing technology for PayJoy, focusing on Credit Line and Card products.You will work in close partnership with product, engineering and Go To Market leaders across multiple countries. You will have the ability to diagnose and propose right-size solutions for customer data management, customer engagement, automation with a focus on in-app, omni-channel and paid marketing.
