Job Purpose Under the guidance and direction of the Marketing Operations Manager, maximize the business profit contribution, market share, and sales revenue by managing all associated marketing activities, which could include marketing systems adoption and engagement; CRM strategy and funnel development; marketing technology strategy and integration; cross-functional leadership and IT integration; and other marketing tasks designed to grow the business and increase efficiencies. We'd love to meet you if You are energized by finding efficiencies and gaining alignment across teams You are consistently seeking out the best possible solution, keeping in mind the long-term goal You have a background in Salesforce or other CRM-related integrations You have a track record of best-in-class process development and implementation In this position you will have the opportunity to: Develop the LP Marketing Technologies Center of Excellence, maintaining efficiency in spend, data and collaboration in all new Marketing Technology ventures Perform business analysis activities to support technology development and change management Maintain and Enhance LP's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, driving best practices across our segment and brand marketing teams Lead cross-functionally and within marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of projects and develop strong working relationships with sales, sales operations, IT, Business Intelligence and other key business drivers Champion Data Integrity across cross-functional teams, driving process adoption and best practices throughout the organization Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations Perform other duties as necessary What do I need to be successful? Good analytical, quantitative, and financial skills Ability to effectively manage and keep projects on track Demonstrated sales and marketing skills Demonstrated written and oral communication skills Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platform, Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred Sound understanding of business, sales and CRM systems interactions and relevant data analytics management Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills Ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to thrive in a self-directed environment Ability to delegate appropriate tasks and coordinate execution in cross-functional teams Education Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience. MBA preferred EXPERIENCE 5 years' business, marketing, and/or sales management experience Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position Hybrid office environment.
