The Opportunity Responsible for partnering with functional business leaders across Human Resources/Operations team at a sector level to manage end to end solutions with a DevSecOps approach for all legacy systems related to Work and Attendance. Understanding business strategies and processes to proactively recommend solutions leveraging Pepsico Global Platforms and deliver Sector Products and Capabilities. This role performs and delivers across core IT disciplines: Relationship Management, Demand Shaping, Solutions Development and Delivery, Information Security and platforms/products Continuous Improvement, Maintenance and Monitoring. Responsible to work with legacy systems in order to extract data and integrate with new platforms. Be the point of contact for our Human Resources/local/regional and global teams. EducationBachelor's degree required ExperienceFluent in Spanish and English Agile Mindset Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect clients/customers Ability to solve highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Management skills with the ability to make independ teams work together 5+ years of related IT business work experience Desirable experience in IT/Human Resources projects Desirable advanced degree (e.g. Master) or equivalent experience. Desirable certifications (Agile, PMI, Scrum) Desirable knowledge in Kronos or Work and attendance systems and interconnection with Payroll systems.
