**Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**:- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals, objectives, and milestones are met.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and QA testers, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement necessary mitigation strategies to ensure project success.- Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.- Ensure adherence to website development best practices, quality standards, and industry trends.- Coordinate website content creation, migration, testing and optimization efforts.- Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements for future projects.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role, managing website projects from initiation to completion.- Strong understanding of website development processes, component-based website builds, technologies, and best practices.- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.- Familiarity with project management tools and software, experience using Asana is a plus.- Knowledge of SEO principles and website analytics tools is a plus.- Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI concepts, and accessibility standards.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- 3-5 years of enterprise or agency experience preferred- Agile experience is required. Agile certifications are a plus.- Agency experience is a MUST- Fluency in English is required.
