This role will be pivotal as we grow our client training program.**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Create training content for Accelalpha clients.- Partner with Oracle technical/functional SMEs and external stakeholders for creation of training (bootcamp style live sessions, eLearning courses, user guides, job aids, etc.)- Interface with clients for training needs analysis, learning path creation, and job/role mapping.- Project manage the lifecycle of multiple training projects.- Administer LMS - learning path, course, and reporting management.- Develop learning materials for eLearning, asynchronous, user guides, job aids, etc.- Evaluate impact of training programs and initiatives- Ability to flex and work on internal Accelalpha Learning & Development**About You**:- 3+ years of experience creating technical client facing training, instructional design, or client facing training experience.- Exceptional written and oral communication skills- Proficient in adult learning theory, needs analysis, and learning evaluation.- Experience with LMS systems.- Experience in creation and delivery of digital learning content.- Collaborative, agile, and efficient project management skills- A student of the latest and greatest of L&D technologies**Preferred Qualifications**:- Bi-lingual English & Spanish- IT/Technical training development- Expertise in authoring tools - Articulate Rise, Storyline, etc.- Video editing and development tools such as Camtasia or Premiere Pro**US Base Pay Disclosure**In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays.
