We are looking for Change Management,
Main responsabilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness assessments.Identify and manage potential risks and issues related to change initiatives.Develop communication plans and materials to support change initiatives.Provide coaching and support to project teams and key stakeholders.Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and recommend improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project objectives.Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Project management experience is a plus.
