Position Responsibilities Evaluate branch-wide operations and provide root cause analysis.
Review reports to identify operational issues across departments.
Gather data using SQL and interpret results within Microsoft Office tools.
Effectively communicate results to business leaders by developing memos and presentations.
Make data-informed recommendations to improve performance and manage process improvement projects.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms. 3+ years in an analyst role.
Strong Excel and Access experience.
Working knowledge of SQL, data extraction and analysis.
