Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be in charge of comprehending the constraints, business regulations, and workings of our product to properly explain it to customers and potential customers and to relay requirements to the technical departments. Assist in addressing client concerns, supporting product demos, and providing technical assistance in close collaboration with the sales team. This is an on-site job in Monterrey, N.L. Requirements Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.Knows the logistics and transportation industries.Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent presentation and creativity skills.Willingness to travel.BA/BS degree or equivalent.Responsibilities Knows and understands products as well as market trends and competing products.Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account basePartner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cyclesModel the financial business case associated with each sales opportunitySuccessfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutionsCreate and deliver powerful presentations and demos that communicate the uniqueness of the value propositionEffectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
