We are the leaders in our market and areaccelerating to extend our lead and move into new markets.**The Role**:**What will I do?**- Responsible for tracking user problems to their origin.- Perform user discovery by surveying and interacting with users.- Full control of the product development lifecycle: understanding of the problem, data-supported validation and decision making, hypotheses validation, design sprints, identifying KPIs, and execution.- Owns the Product Backlog, Write User Stories, Epic Slice and execution.- Deliver on agile ceremonies - sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demos, and daily standups.- Proposes solutions for business problems together with the team.- Lead sprint sessions in order to iterate on effective designs.- Responsible for the short-term Product Roadmap.- Responsible for the definition and maintenance of KPIs and OKRs.- Create and communicate Product Briefs (PRDs).- Define and share with the team the vision and mission of the product.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience.- 3+ years as a product manager.- Product Manager skills and communication skills.- Prior experience defining a highly technical product as a system engineer or product manager.- Prior experience with credit card processing and/or credit card aggregation is a plus.- Experience gathering and organizing requirements and writing functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.- Adept at diving deep into the weeds with engineers while keeping the product vision in mind.- If you are unstoppable, creative, and have the skills we need, we want to talk to you!!_- At Clip we embrace and honor the differences of our Clippers, and together we create a vibrant and extraordinary culture in a space where everyone can be their true self and thrive to their full potential._- We promote access to the same opportunities in a safe and respectful space, free of discrimination and harassment._- Diversity, equity and inclusion have been part of Clip since its foundation and are a key part of our essence.
