We are a growing staffing agency based out of New Haven, Connecticut, specialized in the placing of remote software development professionals to work directly with our clients located exclusively within the United States.
We are currently looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer.
The Project
- We are currently looking to build a team of 3-4 freelance designers to work directly with our clients and also on internal projects with Dream Staffing and our sister company 10 Speed Labs
- The majority of the work would be focused on both web and mobile design
- Responsabilities could also include working on email marketing campaings, branding, printed design, etc.
- We are looking for freelancers capable of working based on current requirements and ideally being able to communicate with our clients and our team during US business hours
Responsibilities
- Deliver high fidelity mockups and visual designs
- Work directly with our clients and team of Project Managers and developers
- Responsible for ideas, concepts, and designs for interactive digital campaigns
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience on web and/or mobile creative design
- Experience designing for web, tablet and mobile
- Strong portfolio of work showcaising expertise in UI/IX design (Must have an online portfolio)
- Use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Have a strong understanding of the latest digital and social trends
- Deadline oriented
- Responsive and client oriented
- Can work independently or without supervision
- Strong English communicational skills to speak, write and read
- Must have a high-speed and reliable internet connection as well as availability to communicate with our team and our clients during US business hours (from 9am to 6pm EST)
Additional Requirements (Good To Have)
- Bs. Degree in Graphic Design or similar
- Experience with Adobe Fireworks
- Experience in email marketing and branding digital production
- Hand-coding CSS
- Confident editing HTML
- Exposure to JavaScript frameworks
