Remote - Collections Specialist

Their success's pillars are consistent and open communication with their clients, clear and definitive guidelines with well-defined due dates, and a reputation for steadfast follow-through.We are looking for a Collections Specialist to support the following activities:- Contacting debtors by telephone to negotiate debt recovery.- Preventing recurring delinquency by negotiating manageable debt payment plans.- Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all documents, payment plans, and amounts paid.- Research publicly available resources to track down defaulters, including credit bureau information, databases, loan documents, and background checks.- Purging records where debts have been satisfied.- Generate Refund Checks.- Assist homeowners with online account access, online payments, and paperless billing.Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 CST MX (Lunchtime 13:00 - 14:00)**We offer**:- Competitive Salary (According to experience)- Law benefits- Remote Work- Work Stability- Computer equipment- Major medical insurance- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city)- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary)- Restaurant tickets ($2,015 pesos)- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary)**Requirements**:- MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)- 2+ years of collections experience- Experience Soft Collections- Advanced Excel
