Job Description Program Manager 4 Program Manager 4 -Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business or similar.- English 90%- Competence in Microsoft Office, Google tools (Sheets. Presentation).- Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service / program management with technical knowledge in repairs.- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage a group of direct reporting employees.- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to speak and negotiate with clients.- Understand the shipping process / methods and incoterms.- Manage: OTD, PPV, ECO, E & O, quote process, stock records, yields, customer request and reports.- Flexibility (able to take calls / meeting outside standard working time)- Capable of managing the client's visit / agenda, visits to the plantUnderstand all aspects required to launch a new program or order-It serves as a site link between the company and the customer to ensure that the customer's needs are met.
