· Fostering a culture of ownership, attention to detail, and delivery excellence within the collective team.
· Providing a key escalation point in the event of issues.

Non-billable, or internal, responsibilities include:
· Providing long-term consistent technical line management to Team Leads and Consultants across many engagements.
· Scheduling regular one-on-ones with employees, providing periodic employee health reports to the management team and ensuring that team members are informed on the status and direction of the company.
· Performing effective performance management of employees within the practice, including facilitating formal and informal reviews, collecting and recording feedback, and dealing with sensitive and confidential issues such as salary, bonuses, and HR related subjects.
· Assisting with the growth of our capabilities by designing and helping coordinate training programs, recruitment events, and other related activities.
· Assisting with resource management decisions to ensure a balance between the needs of a project and the team.
· Playing a key role in interviews and hiring decisions for the team.
· Managing consultants’ non-billable time by providing targeting training plans and internal development related activities that feed into a wider strategic direction.
· Supporting the Sales team in the pre-sales process, the creation of pre-sales collateral and assistance in development of new offerings.
· Creation and participation in internal reporting and retrospectives.
· Defining and implementing improvements in delivery process.
· Being ambassadors for our culture, the Immutables and its Mission and Vision, ensuring that these remain true as the team grows and evolves.
