At Aptiv as **Human Resources Partner (Talent, Benefits & Compensation) **you will be able to develop activities focus on management of Talent, Benefits, Compensation and General Services for Aptiv employees.**Your Role**:- Supporting Talent Acquisition & Development.- Responsible for new employees Onboarding.- Supporting local administration of employees benefits.- Supporting compensation activities: reviews, proposals and compensation forecasts.- Supporting employee engagement review and proposal activities according to business needs.- Monitoring and improvement area KPIs.**Your background**:- Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, IT, HR, Lawyer, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development Administration, Compensation & Benefits- Strong skills in analytics- Strong skills in negotiation- Strong skills in communication- Business fluent EnglishAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
