Job Function: People & Culture The role:We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:**Financial Apprentice****SoftwareOne Apprentice Program****Mexico City****Job Overview**Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules. Prepares, records, analyses and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. Provides financial support. Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects.**Responsabilities in basic level of knowledge and expertise**- Execute the end-to-end record-to-report process, adhering to defined Due Time Points (DTPs). This includes tasks like preparing journal entries, conducting account reconciliations, and handling month-end and year-end close activities.- Conduct account reconciliations, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
