(Objective)**Solves complex problems coordinating or performing activities within an engineering specialty such as industrial, electrical, electronics, mechanical, chemical, etc.**What will you do? (Responsibilities)**Possesses and applies knowledge on a wide variety of techniques, practices and procedures within an engineering specialty, which allow the solution of complex projects and problems that require analytical capability and initiative.Can perform activities, such as: planning and scheduling activities and resources, analysis (Methods, measurements, machines, maintenance and materials).Design of (products, processes, equipments, etc).Project management and control (quality control, process equipment, etc).Maintains the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the engineering function.Participates in continuous improvement projects..**How will you get here?****School Professional Level: Engineering Degree (electrical, electro-mechanical, industrial, mechanical, chemical (Desirable)) or equiv work experience with more than 12 years of proficient experience in engineering position level.**Experience 3 to 5 years within engineering (Manufacturing systems, new product, introduction, process reengineering, maintenance, etc).English Level: Medium (Reading and comprehension).At Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 70,000 outstanding minds has a unique story to tell.
