The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere's ongoing investment in emerging markets.**Main Responsibilities**:- Responsible for managing the execution of the continuous improvement process and ensuring the Daily Management and lean strategy through self-directed Natural Work Groups and BIT´s.- Identify, prioritize, lead and execute strategies, tools, systems and training aimed to achieve the main objectives of the business unit.- Develop and follow up of the strategic planning and CHOC process at the business unit.- Collaborate with other areas (Quality, FADA, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, Material Flow, etc.) to identify and implement opportunities to eliminate wastes and improve processes.- Build effective working relationships within the internal organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from colleagues.**What Skills You Need**:- Strong collaborative skills with demonstrated success in interpersonal communications.- Critical thinking with an ability to identify problems and generate creative solutions to make sound business decisions.- Demonstrated experience being proactive and positive in high-pressure, ambiguous, time-sensitive environments.
