Purpose of the roleFocused on commercial opportunities and Business Development for Industrial Solutions, packaging and Biomaterials**Core Responsibilities**:Develop and implementation of Innovation strategy on Industrial segment. Focused on the sustained increase of Innovation Promise Sales.Develop and implementation of strategy for new products/business launches on Industrial market.Lead with Industrial sales and CSPI teams the promotion of the new developments on Industrial, Packaging and BiomaterialsMarket analysis to identify new business opportunities based on our current portfolio, new products development, as well as, potentials alliances / acquisitionsPortfolio analysis to identify opportunities for production / logistics processes optimization focused on contribution margin increase.ACCOLADE System administration for Industrial segment (ACCOLADE = System for Innovation Projects )Follow Up of Innovation Promise Pipeline for Industrial SegmentMarket Share participation increment in Tissue Paper segment by end of 2025. Potential new Net Sales: 2MM USD.Market Share participation increment in Kraft and Writing Paper segment by end of 2025. Potential new Net Sales: 3 MM USD.**Formal degree required**: Chemical or MECANICO, ING EMPAQUE, Engineer, Master Administrative degree preferred5 + years Work experience on business development / sales Industrial Segments (corn derivates, Industrial Modified starches, Industrial resins knowledge desirable)Ability to influence on different teams with not direct reportStrategic thinkingFinancial skillsHigh English skills (write and speak) MUST HAVEAbility to interact with Global teamsAbility to travel within the region up to 25 % of the time. National and InternationalPassport and VISA current**Required behaviors and skills**:Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into tangible business plans and actions.Proactively build a good understanding of the customer to ensure own work is responsive to customer needs.Demonstrated ability to manage network/matrix organizations to achieve business objectives.Ability to lead, inspire and communicate with confidence to senior levels of management.**Relocation Available**: No
